First, let me say my experience here was phenomenal. I wouldn’t have wanted my first car buying experience to go any other way. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Josh, who listened to my needs and was very patient with me. The passion he has for his job was obvious. He explained everything I needed to know in a way that was understandable and easy to process. From his manager Robert and the finance guy (also named Robert), they helped me feel at ease throughout the whole process. When I had walked in, I had no intention of buying that day. After talking with Josh and exploring my options, I decided to go through with the purchase. I never felt like they were trying to push me into a car and overall it was truly a wholesome experience. We purchased a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder from Elevated. I had already picked out what I wanted which is what took us to Elevated as they had the exact thing we were looking for. We worked with Ashley Torres and even though we knew what we were after, she indulged us and allowed us to test drive other options just so we didn't have any regrets with our choice. This put her way past closing time but it didn't seem to bother her. She was knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. We were completely impressed with everyone at Elevated and the entire experience.
